The problem of a global financial crisis is not we don't have the money, the problem is where is the money, so the global community can simply trace the flow of money by instituting financial regulations to the benefit of the most financial stake holders, with out compromising the welfare of the majority of global population.

Gasoline and HHO?

Why is it that the use of combined Gasoline and HHO converted from water passing through an electrolysis
doesnt seem to knock out the rising cost of fuel worldwide. if this would globally become a practice among car owners, even public utility vehicles, the cost of fuel would dramatically go down to a level most users will be capable of buying.  There seems to be less problems with conventional engines, so the use of this combination fuel o your cars would definitely save you money, and would raise the possibility of more people buying cars because of the lowering cost of fuel.
Governments should encourage the use of this technology because they can save a lot from their budget ant these saving can be used for a more pressing needs of the times, especially during this time of financial crisis.

Rizal doesn't want to be studied, worshipped, praised, remembered, much more remain in the psyche of every Filipino he heartfully tried to represent to the imperial Spain, but just every great men of history, all of them, at least from my personal interpretation, just wanted to be of value to their time as it would benefit their generation.
What will be them come tomorrow, is never anticipated.

Jose Rizal in his last poem, a poem without a title, but entitled Last Farewell" by people who read and interpret it, indicated that he wanted just to be buried, place a cross in his tomb, indicate his name, birthday, and death, nothing more.
